About the work

This work is about wandering through life, thinking and worrying about decisions made and wishing to reverse them.

What makes this piece unique?

1. This work was selected by the jury of "De Kunstwedstrijd", a painting competition of cultural center CC Zwaneberg in Heist-op-den-berg.
2. Through the many layers of colour used to build up the protagonist, she seems to glow from within. Even when the lights are turned off at night, she continues to shine brightly.
